We booked in for the night following our tour of the Cotswolds Distillery. We had a lovely stay. Steve and Lizzy couldn't do enough for us,to ensure our stay was perfect. Steve booked us a table at the restaurant at the local golf course for our evening meal, which was very nice (tip - take a torch if you are walking there in the evening- VERY dark country lane).Lizzy cooked us a delicious breakfast, lots of locally sourced ingredients and including potato rosti, baked beans, muffins, jams - all homemade! What else can I say? The MASSIVE bed was SO comfortable and tge ensuite had a huge shower snd was very tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries provided and Steve provided me with toothpaste when I realised we had forgotten ours. We would certainly recommend Greenhill Farm Barn to others looking for a very peaceful, comfortable stay with fantastic hosts. Thank you, Steve and Lizzie.

Lovely hosts, nice, clean accommodation and excellent breakfast. Steve and Liz very kindly gave us a lift to and from the Cotswolds Distillery which was very helpful due to the wet weather and dark evenings. These extra gestures really make the difference.

From booking the B&B, Steve was every helpful with information we had asked for before our stay. Prior to arrival we recieved a helpful email listing taxi numbers and local restaurants and pubs. Upon arriving at the B&B Steve came out to welcome us and assist with our bags. Showed us to our room as well as pointed out refreshments and added extras along the way. The room was lovely and spacious with so many little extra touches to make anyone's stay more relaxing. There was plenty of storage space, tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a large TV with Sky and Netflix. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet break in the Cotswolds.

This is a hidden gem tucked away in Sutton Under Brailes in the Cotswolds. We booked a three night stay at Greenhill Farm Barn so that we could attend to some family business.Due to the distance and heavy traffic we arrived three hours late. We were greeted by our hosts Steven and Lizzy who kindly provided us hot coffee and home baking. Their welcome was warm and genuine and immediately put us at our ease. This was the thread that was evident throughout our entire stay. Our room and en-suite was clean, comfortable, very spacious and was tastefully decorated. It was so good to hear the dawn chorus every morning. We enjoyed delicious cooked full breakfast of best local ingredients, fresh home baking and a wide variety of preserves. Tray with hot and cold drinks and fresh milk with home baking was provided for us in our room.We greatly appreciated the use of their home electric car charger. It was helpful to have the car fully charged. This family home stated love, care, comfort, peace and welcome. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and we are happy to recommend this wonderful B&B and we would definitely like to return to stay again.

The accommodation, breakfast and overall hospitality were first class and made this a memorable and most enjoyable experience.Steve & Lizzy were the perfect hosts - friendly, warm, and helpful, giving some excellent suggestions for places to visit and local ‘must-sees’.The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright with plenty of natural light flooding in through the 2 windows. This was the large double with ensuite bathroom. The bed was generous in size and the sofa was a lovely touch in the room, allowing some much-needed seated time with a glass of bubbly in hand. Now to breakfast - nothing was too much trouble. Homemade jams, bread, baked beans, and locally sourced produce. Absolutely delicious and very generous portions. Lizzy had made some fresh banana and blueberry muffins too which we couldn’t resist. All in all a wonderful stay.

Steve and Lizzy are naturally effervescent and interesting/interested people. Room really spacious, bed so comfy, great views. Breakfast was tops but with added bonus of Lizzy baking muffins which we received with a bday candle. Even did us a freshlg made pack up vegetarian lunch as a special request for the days hiking. Only regret was not booking 2 nights. Heartily recommended.

We stayed here for two nights with our 20 month twins and our parents (4 adults and 2 toddlers). The hosts were extremely helpful. I had to call them numerous times as I was worried about our first stay away with babies but they were always helpful. Rooms were extremely clean, tidy and comfy. The two larger rooms were very good sizes - we were able to fit two cots in both rooms with room to spare. The floor levels were not even so we did have to keep an eye on the toddlers…but that would have happened anyway. Stephen the host put up a stair gate so that was extremely helpful to us. The breakfast was all home made and/or locally sourced and was delicious even the twins ate it all. Outside there is a grassy area for the kids to run, a friendly pig, chickens and a huge dog that will come and say hello (the dog is only out with the owner but very friendly). We were made to be very welcome and would recommend this stay. The nearest pub was 20 mins walk away but we chose to drive due to navigating a buggy on roads with no paths.Thank you.

We unfortunately only spent on night at Greenhill Farm Barn, though we'd have been happy to have been able to stay longer. The owners were welcoming, happy to assist us with ideas of places to eat out in the evening and to visit, gave us a wonderful breakfast and, on top of all that, helped us sort out our unexpected flat tyre. We'd definitely recommend this B and B.

We were kindly allowed to leave our car for the day while we enjoyed exploring the beautiful surroundings on our tandem which had also been accommodated indoors overnight. Turning up to this B&B you know it’s going to offer peace and quiet with beautiful views of the countryside. The welcome from our hosts was just lovely, they could t have been more helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, all local produce and the communal seating made it a really nice experience to talk to others staying there. Would definitely come again as really well priced and lovely sized rooms with all that you could want for a quick trip away.

My husband and I have just spent a couple of days at Greenhill Farm Barn set within the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Steve and Lizzie were the perfect hosts and made our stay (which included our wedding anniversary) very pleasant indeed.Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready so they made us a cup of tea with shortbread while we waited. The rooms are very large as was the bathroom. Steve even took the trouble to send us places to eat as booking is necessary still.Everything was as you would want for a short stay in the Cotswolds.

From check in to check out, you are made to feel the most welcome of visitor. The setting and location of Greenhill Bank Farm is wonderful with views over the fields from any room.We were welcomed by the sunrise and even sat in the garden to star gaze at night. Accommodation is clean, with great water pressure in the showers for the true "rainfall shower" experience.Breakfast was locally sourced and cooked to request, with home made jams and herbs from the garden. We had a lovely stay and the warmth and attention from the hosts is second to none.Felt like one of the family, with nothing being too much trouble and we had a great day out from the suggestions given on what's best to see in the area.Would highly recommend and will look forward to returning. Thank you for a lovely experience.

We wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of the Cotswold Gin Distiller and found this B&B to be a beautiful place to stay. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts and the room itself was superb. As a coeliac, staying in B&Bs (and even fancy hotels) usually means a very limited breakfast. Not here though! The hosts have taken time to research and were fully aware of cross contamination risks etc. The cooked breakfast was amazing - especially the home made baked beans and potato rosti. Would highly recommend, without hesitation.

Just there for a 3 day break in a wonderfully relaxed location. On arrival, we had a really warm welcome from Steve and Lizzy. Could have chatted for hours but had booked a meal in a pub they had recommended, which was excellent. Lovely comfortable room, bed and large bathroom. A nice touch was the tea making facility & biscuits on the landing. The breakfasts were superb with locally made sausages and bacon. Steve had lots of useful local knowledge about where to eat and suggestions on additional places to visit. Really wished we had booked an extra couple of nights.

We stayed with Steve and Lizzie for two nights in the family room. It's large and very comfortable. A heavy curtain separates the bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the accommodation so it is effectively en suite. The breakfast was excellent - delicious sausage and bacon for me, and my veggie husband was very happy too. Steve had lots of tips re the local area which were very welcome as we were first time visitors. Greenhill Farm Barn is very quiet and peaceful, making for a couple of excellent nights' sleep. We would recommend. Thanks Steve and Lizzie

I can't praise the welcome and care shown by Steve and Lizzie to their guests. They really were the perfect hosts for my short stay and made me (and the other guests)feel right at home. Eating out in the immediate vicinity doesn't offer much choice given the rural location so Steve offered to book me a table at a local pub which was just right. I would sincerely recommend this place to anyone.

For travel, I don't like to chase those so-called famous scenic spots. I like the travel that allows me to calm down, to experience, to think, to see myself and others. And this is the place where I really feel this way.Steve and his wife's life and treatment of people and affairs have given me a lot of life philosophy inspiration, previously only in my subconscious, but now feel can really do.
